Yesterday the Wall Street Journal posted a headline “Commercial Real Estate Owners Beginning To Walk Away From Properties.”

Start looking around.  The Journal is predicting that as commercial vacancies increase more investors will be looking for a door to walkout on.  If you’ve learned how to analyze buy and hold properties you may be in a position to pick up a reasonable commercial investment rental property with some flexible terms or with a lender who is willing to look at a discount or modification.
